Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

Conditions for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above conditions.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted products cannot be refunded unless required by law.

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return transit. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of return or receipt of the Goods.

Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
  • If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
